1. When will I receive my shipment?
If an item is in stock, it will ship USPS Priority within 2 business days. Regular USPS Priority will take between 3-5 Days. We also offer a Priority Express Option that is guaranteed 2-3 days after shipment.
2. How do I return/exchange items purchased?
Items that have not been used, worn, or laundered may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase with the receipt copy in the box. Please email us with your request, and we will send you a return shipping label for your convenience.
3. What if my package received is damaged?
If your package is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 225-926-6892 to ensure replacement of the damaged item(s). We will contact USPS ourselves to file any claims that may be needed.
4. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, all transactions are completed on a secure server. This server encrypts your personal information to make on-line credit card usage as reliable as an instore purchase.
5. What if an item is out of stock?
We do our best to ensure that all product seen online has available inventory. However, sometimes an item could be sold out shortly before or after your purchase. If this happens, we will notify you by email when your product will be available to ship. This is why an accurate email and phone number is crucial when placing your order.
